Hello, I’m Peter. I’m glad you’re here.
Peter Jacob Kind Creative is a design firm that I founded in 2007 with the idea that quality in design should be a given and so should kind, open and collaborative communication. After serving as Director of Design at a traditional, American furniture company I decided to create a firm in which I could continue designing for the furniture industry while exploring other aspects of design for a diverse range of clients. That has been my solid path since.
I’m proud to count a few of my favorite brands and designers among my clients and to continue to add new names to that list. I view creative success as the result of the designer correctly interpreting the needs of the client and the consumer/user at once. To me, the outcome of good design is an item, a brand or an environment that is gracious, accessible and represents a lasting value to its owner.
